Describe the bug
The mondoo-tf role that comes out of cnspec is missing the Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/runCommand/action permission
Without it, Mondoo cannot execute cnspec on the VMs for scanning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

cnspec integrate azure
