WebApiSmokeTests testExecuteSubtaskInScriptTask is failing around %50 of the time while running the PR test step. This might be due to the test context or indicate a problem ( race conditions ? ) in the code

Reproduction steps

Run test in CI env

Expected behaviour

Test succeeds 99.9 % of the time.
Depending on outcome, move test to e2e setup
