We are trying desperately to set headers on SoapServer created with extension.
Beside changing the generated wsdl (we are working on PHP2WSDL for that) regarding soap:header (input/output of soap operation), we need to reference the soapserver within our controller (which refers to mongosoft\soapserver\Action).
