Video not working in chrome browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Video not start playing in chrome,
When it start playing , after refreshing the tab the same issue occurs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Video should play for first time call and every refreshing tab.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tested in chrome Version 38.0.2125.101

Please provide any additional information below.

The video works in the Localhost server, not working in live site.
Also the console not show any notification for resolving this issue.
