Can I Force HD720 playback

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Youtube automatically selects 480 size for playback which is low quality, how 
do you force HD720 or HD1080, do you add Var=HD1080 in the VideoID or how do 
you change the width?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?I am using 
it on Sony Vaio Vista IE10, Windows Surface RT 8.1 IE11 and Asus Windows 7 IE11 
and Chrome, Firefox , they all the 480 size playback.
