HMR very slow

It's great that HMR is working in the host for the remote apps, but its actually slow, I read it's because of the TS that are getting generated? But is there any solution to this?

disabling generateTypes actually made it much faster.

there is a known issue around generateTypes and performance for HMR, a fix in progress.

@zackarychapple please update the documentation and write that down just incase someone else face this, since 0.3ms to 3.xx sec is huge difference for a simple project :) and many thanks for your work!

#3345 will resolve it, you can also set dev: false which will make DTS only run once at initial compilation, not on the hmr updates each time - however once this PR merges, type regen will be non blocking after the first compilation

PR has been merged, next release will contain the update and HMR speed should no longer be impacted, only the initial startup time will still be blocked by the compilation of TSC
