HTML Reports Not Working Outside Derivatives Folder #29

This issue should be tackled following #28

User states:

...When I move the files back to the derivatives folder, then they work again. I think the issue is that they're using absolute paths instead of relative paths, and so any moving files around breaks the hyperlinks.

Updating functionality to support reports working at any location, not only <output_dir>/derivatives/petprep_hmc/* would close this issue.
