Disabling key binds while interacting with ML model configuration controls

Disabling key binds while interacting with the model configuration tab makes a lot of sense. While using the application, I accidentally left the model configuration tab open while meaning to do some more annotations which prevented the use of key binds. As a user, I did not realize that this happened due to the model configuration tab being open.
