Expected Behavior
Fred’s (local, all, subscribed) to load

Actual Behavior
“no posts found”

Thanks for the report @th3dogcow, there were a number of issues affecting feeds due to recent (and less recent!) changes which should be resolved by a combination of the following PRs;

fix - handle unencoded urls coming from API (#612)
fix - use separate formatters for parsing inconsistent dates from API (#603)
fix - allow .admin value on APIPerson to be considered optional (#600)
