missing link - error404

Hi,

We are setting up a car to participate in f1/10, however, when trying to start using the Hector Slam, in your most recent build (build-V2) this git: https://github.com/mlab-upenn/f110-upenn-course.git says it doesn't exist.
I'd like to know if this git could be provided or at least a explanation on how to work around it.
