Directory questions

I have two questions about this directory:

1. The policies/plu directory mentions several sub-folders, but only contains one. Is there another place where I can find this?

2. The readme mentions that the data here isn't "current or correct." Is there a repository somewhere that is?

1. I'm trying to access the remainder of the folders within policies/plu
2. I'm trying to run an analysis on zoning categories by parcel in the Bay for a report that I'm writing that will correlate zoning patterns with other data sources. I hope to publish (with citation, of course) this research, so I need to also know how accurate it is.
