For some reason, it opens the item directly above what it should be interacting with, replacing the item you clicked, with the item above it, deleting the entry for what you clicked on. besides that it functions fine, but it is immensely irritating being unable to open the last item on the list, and having to remember to go one down, and having to open top to bottom to avoid the whole, missing entrys thing.

sorry, i'm not sure i understand the interaction you're describing, and since i'm not using acme2k i can't really try it myself. it sounds like the addressing in acme2k might be buggy, or at least different from what acme does?
the relevant functions in that case would be entry, selectEntry, and selectEntryRegion. you could try the addresses yourself (by entering them somewhere, maybe in the tag, and selecting them with mouse 2), or maybe modify them to print the complete generated addresses?
