Media endpoint needs PATCH enabled #25

Over in mjordan/islandora_workbench#373 @Natkeeran noted that the media endpoint doesn't have PATCH enabled.

The strange case is that PATCH does seem to be enabled, and still get this warning. https://sandbox.islandora.ca/admin/config/services/rest/resource/entity%3Amedia/edit

The media use terms do get updated, thus PATCH must be working!, thus not sure why this error is being thrown in drupal.
