More options for preprocessing

Preprocessing of fMRI data is currently limited to standardizing and detrending voxel-wise. It would be cool to support more preprocessing steps, either through a custom function supplied as a Python module or by exposing the nilearn clean_img or clean functionality via a config file (similar to how parameters for encoding/decoding are handled right now).
