Once Deborah prepares the data, add the model as a new configuration setup

Data is available here: https://data.mint.isi.edu/files/raw-data/GLDAS2.1_TP_TX_2000_2018.nc for Texas up to 2018 (I don't have the rest of the GLDAS data, not sure where it's coming from). CHIRPS can be reused as is (it's fairly small).

Bounding box: -108,-91,25,37

Visualization can be turned on (should technically work) but it will look very bad (distorted and no state borders).
