The secrets-rotation-reminder workflow has identified that the pagerduty_userapi_token credential requires rotation as it is close to or exceeding the threshold of 180 days.

Consult this documentation which describes the process for rotation.

As part of this, the first ticket, we need to document the process

This Pagerduty Users Token issue
#5518 issue needs to be looked at before this issue can be moved forward
