✨ Add people_marts CaDT DB to Quicksight Source List

Describe the feature request.

• Add the people_marts db, containing Athena Views, created in CaDT, into the available quicksight data sources.

Describe the context.

Current People Analytics and Workforce Statistics use people_marts as our primary source of HR data for products and publications. This is a View maintained in CaDT over the sop_derived database. The relevant database access yamls point to the S3 bucket containing the data, rather than materialised CADT table (because its a view). So it isnt available in Quicksight currently (even though its part of CaDT).

People Analytics are interested in the idea of potentially transitioning our products over to Quicksight, so that we can take advantage of the potential for full end-to-end automation of our product refreshes (in combination with scheduled CADT pipelines). However, currently this wouldn't be possible because the majority of our products need to use people_marts.

Value / Purpose

It would remove a blocker to transitioning to use Quicksight for People Analytics products.
