Hi @becaclem, thanks for reaching out and for requesting this feature. If I understand you correctly, you would like to handle non-authoritative access permissions for datasets using the google_bigquery_dataset_access resource instead of compiling a full list of access blocks using the existing access configuration?

Could you elaborate on the problem you're trying to solve?
