Is milvus stable always about search time

Preview:
docker milvus 0.10.3
milvus server cpu 16C
And the collection is180000 vectors, the meta file is 40M .
65 dimension
nlist:100
nprobe:85
IVF_SQ8
and I set the combine of nq is 4, (search_combine_nq: 4)
Usually I got search response within 10ms. But sometimes It cost 100ms of one request, and there is no debug logs during.

What I can find is that during about 100ms, it seems stop processing in debug.log
