What is the most common/thorough config for this?

I mean the one that you can do most of the fixes given in? I find fixes but the formatting of those configs and mine are completely different. I just used the one on the main page for the 'basic' config. Here

But most of the fixes seem to be an entirely different config, and I'm literally less skilled in working with coding/python than a newborn. I mostly just follow instructions and try not to mess it up too bad.
