Commissulator has a light-colored interface that gets a little monotonous. I'd like a nice colored splotch on my dev and staging environments so I can quickly recognize each window while viewing them all in expose.

Emails originating from the staging environment should have their subject prefixed with [STG].

The HTML title attribute should indicate which environment is running.

The app has multiple environments besides those three, and they'll mostly be either dev or staging instances.
