Windows services functionality breaks with
UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)
after windows server patch KB5004442 have been applied.

And by March 14, 2023, the regedit workaround (described in the link) will stop working.
