Cannot open or create lease file for debricking

Tried on laptop with SolusOS 4.5 and desktop with Nobara (Fedora based) 40.
I get always the same result:

dnsmasq: cannot open or create lease file /var/lib/dnsmasq/dnsmasq.leases: Keine Berechtigung (no permission)

Only path is different on pc/laptop.
Tried creating a empty file (with sudo) on that path.
Tried creating a "configuration file" (found on one of your debricking links; with modifaction) on that path on laptop. Then the error does not appear but firmware does not get copied no matter what that configuration is.

Don't understand. Can't find anything useful online nor in the dnsmasq man page.

I understand, that there is "no permission" to that path/file but even running with sudo does not work and here my Linux knowledge ends...
