Convert nostr client URLs to nostr: form

There should be a way for the user to NOT convert though... some UI option (right click?).

Also, we are probably going to need to accumulate lots of URL patterns representing all the client URLs we would be converting.

Maybe also (or better), when we display a URL that is a link into another client, give an option to just go to the note directly instead. So at the read/rendering side, rather than the compose/post side.
