Option -F doesn't work #1

Passing the parameter -F has no effect.

outnode_gra function call (which creates a clusters) occurs only once.

The problem is probably in the function outbranch (pbranch->outdone = 1) but so far, I have not fully understood the code.

Tested on tceetree source code:

cscope -b -c -R
tceetree -x LIBRARY -F -i cscope.out
dot -Grankdir=LR -Tpng -O tceetree.out
