Furigana on Hover; Permanent Coloring

Description:
There doesnt seem to be an option for having reading on hover but permanent coloring. Sure the pitch graph can be a substitute but it breaks frequently like in （ 八[はち;o] 雲[くも;k1] ） ハア … そりゃ[;h] 厄介[やっかい;a] だ ね ヘヘ. Where 雲 just doesnt have a reading according to the graph.

Also ran into a bug where when you try to combine two color themes it tells you that field has already been taken so there is no way to botch it either. If this ticket is a duplicate I am very sorry but it doesnt show up in my history.

We don't plan to add that mode you described in the first section but feel free to open a pr if you'd like!
