Add a Cmdlet to grant Graph permissions to managed identities

Right now to use Managed Identity with Microsoft Graph it is necessary to add these permissions with PowerShell (The UI does not allow to manage API permissions of an Enterprise Application).

This is a somewhat elaborate task. The following post outlines a function that abstracts most of the complexities; It would be nice if something like this was already built-in the SDK
