Lithuanian input language not working in WSLg GUI apps

Just filed in a bug report about this to the best of my abilities, with the current build I have. #548

Hi, I could try to fill a bug report for this, I was Insider for testing Win11, but I'm not even sure what my status is right now after the release. I might not be up to date.

Thing is, WSLg which ships with Win11 21H2 (build 22000.282) does not recognize my Lithuanian input language in gui apps, this is the only thing that's stopping me from using this feature fully.

Upon switching to the Lithuanian language.
