Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

VS Code Version: 1.95.3
OS Version: Fedora 41 6.11.8-300.fc41.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:

When I tried to install or to search any Extensions vs code never installing the extension or finding the extension

Can you please check if there are any errors here - F1 > Developer: Toggle Developer Tools > Console ? If so, please share the errors.
