[feature request]: Environment param for solution import, export and sync

solution import, solution export and solution sync don't have any environment parameter. This would be quite useful as I have multiple auth profiles and it would be easy to specify the environment or auth profile to use at run time for these commands, rather than using pac auth select everytime.
