Add option to hide "Request sign-off" flows

There is little control that we have over "Request sign-off", and having them show up in the default reports, either on the Admin app or the PowerBI reports just skews the data without adding any value.
It would be great to have the option to hide these Flows or report on them separately without having to change filters every time.
