Expected Behavior

NodeJs project added to solution.

Actual Behavior

No such project is added.

NTVS Version: 1.5.20902.1
Visual Studio Version: 16.8.0 Preview 4

Steps to Reproduce

Create new "Azure Cloud Service" project and add any TypeScript Role
