As we talked about before and according to #10278 (comment) collapsing of the plugins in the settings is not intuitive.
We should improve it. For example, keep the first plugin expanded at the beginning.

@mykhailopylyp I think using a Expander (part of the current WinUI 2.7 preview) will help solve this issue - and also easy to implement:

microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#3279
