Hi,
We are using the SDK to escalate to the live agent from Copilot studio to D365 Customer agent. When the agent ends the conversation, A message is displayed "customer left chat" and I am not sure where this is coming from. Checked D365 Automated messages and copilot studio but was not able to find the real issue.
