Changing file after submitting it

Is there an option where we can change file or delete it , I would like to remove pdf file that I shared and can’t see any option to delete . This is major problem for privacy

The website doesn't provide a way to modify or delete an uploaded scan. You can contact me with the scan details, and I'll modify or remove it for you.
