Audio is randomly no longer recorded mid-video

I just tried to record something using green-recorder, and when I had brief silence between two things producing audio, the recording would from there on just cut to silent and stop recording the audio. This means I cannot actually properly record what I wanted since the audio doesn't really work. I used WebM default settings

After some more testing, it seems audio just stops altogether in any case in between 25 to 30 seconds ish. If the clip is longer than that, audio will simply cut to silence (while the video is properly recorded further)... 😮
