As an end-user, I want to be able to add a single prefix for an MQTT config file

The config file that is supplied, has a format that should mimic the "standard" modbus map of that given device. It might be easier for the end-user to be able to just supply a prefix as some config that is added in front of all of the slugs in pushing out events / reading inputs.
