• Added location display (using OpenStreetMap) for risk encounters in RaMBLE mode, thanks to @uhengart, see #79 . To avoid unintended transmission of risk encounter information to OSM servers, you have to actively tap on "Show map" in the "RaMBLE-based Details" menu in the top right corner.
  This is only possible if the encounters were recorded by RaMBLE, as RaMBLE automatically stores a location for each record.
• England and Wales download corrected, attempting to download a key package that was not available anymore caused a download warning message.
