Setting

  • Two models: Model A and Model B.
  • Evidence: variable X has been observed to take value x.
  • I wish to obtain the KL between Model A and Model B, where each model (and thus joint probability distribution) has been reduced based on the evidence.

How can I incorporate the evidence (in your code) in order to calculate the KL between them?

Thanks in advance for your time! 😀
