aws_storage_bucket_name In Tower Job Templates Should Match What's Defined in extra-vars #5

Currently, tower job templates always show aws_storage_bucket_name: rhsap-demo

We should respect this being overridden by extra-vars and default to 'rhsap-demo` if not overridden elsewhere
