Standardize 'nous' vs 'on' in the French version #117

Some chapters use 'nous' (ex. https://methodes-cogneuro.github.io/irm.html) and other use 'on' (ex. https://methodes-cogneuro.github.io/morphometrie.html). I would propose to only use 'nous', making sure all chapters are homogeneous regarding that matter.
