adopt and refresh DSKG

I just found http://dskg.org/ : @davidlamprecht and @phaasenase I can't believe you haven't told me about it!
It's another excellent resource (after SemOpenAlex and LinkedPapersWithCode) that uses GraphDB, and can be very useful in InnoGraph.

Datasets are hugely important, and growing in importance.
This is a nicely integrated KG but:

• http://dskg.org/sparql-endpoint/ is down
• hasn't been updated in 3.5 years (https://zenodo.org/records/4478921 is January 31, 2021)

Can MPh afford to adopt and maintain this resource? It can be enriched from:

• repeat the extraction process from OpenAIRE and Wikidata
• DCAT data catalogs, as available on many open data portals
• Somehow extract from SOA?
• LPWC datasets
• DataCite records (but I don't know where to find them)
