using a : (colon) in the search box seems to gives an error

Noted. As discussed on the latest call, the search library we use supports structured data and searching by multiple fields. We don’t use it, so I’ll see if we can disable that and allow the colon as part of search query. (Alternatively, as plan B, we may do some query replacement and interpret the colon so that search is done by “uro” and “Building”, which should yield the expected results but maybe more results than expected.)
