Atlas and long reads

Hey community, who has experience with long reads?

Hybrid assembly

As you might know atlas can handle long reads + short reads. (see the docs) and #273

I made a script to easily add the longreads in the sample table if the long reads have somewhere the same name as the short reads.

However, how I perceive the field, there will be more and more long reads only or longreads -first assemblies.
At least with pacbio hifi reads. Should I add long reads specific assemblers to atlas?

@rhysnewell By the way, how was your experience with muffin?

Do you have hiFi pacbio reads or long reads with lower quality? In the case of hifi reads, there should be dedicated assemblers? Also something I like to add to atlas.
