With crc online calculator i got different result.

https://crccalc.com/ look at CRC16 diversity. It was 4 years, as i remember you use CRC-16/MCRF4XX. And using minihdlc against linux pppd i got errors in crc

btw i use minihdlc in academic purposes while teaching basics of MCU.
