Cant drive, car falls trough the ground/stuck in the ground

i cant drive cuz it falls trough the ground.
also on certain other maps when i drive for long enough eventually i hit invisible wall and then resume driving until i hit another one and it repeats.

this is the second time i download the mod its still not fixed
