Add a "minet hal" module?

Demands relative to exporting metadata from HAL searches are becoming more and more frequent, and the API is really not user friendly and results only as JSON, having a simple way for non tech people to collect CSV data of papers from HAL, including unique author ids, abstracts, keywords etc could be a great add.
