Details

I opened up the link on the following web browsers:
Edge - 95.0.1020.30 (64-bit)
Brave - version 1.31.88 (64-bit)
Chrome - 95.0.4638.69 (64-bit)

As you can see in the attached picture below, the img link won't be loaded up:

This is really frustrating. I thought I could solve this problem by simply copying the link from other language version of document, but the workflow failed. Anyone who can help me about this PR: #24819?
