Missing license in pypi archive

Hello,
the package on pypi lacks the LICENSE file in the tarball. Distributions need to distribute this file when creating the package. Could you please include it in next release?

Also what might be useful is to distribute tests there too, we use them to validate at least some basic sanity when generating the packages.
