How do we install this?

I saw that the one-click installation link was removed in 2017. What's the alternative? Do we need to manually create everything ourselves in our SF environment?

I tried using the GitHub Salesforce Deploy Tool to deploy this, but it fails because of the ".com" in the Github name it fails (the tool strips the ".com" out, thus can't locate the package on Github correctly).

Looking for help/alternatives to manually building out this package ourselves in our SF environment!
